How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please contact us directly at hello@beyondscreen.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Data Retention
No data is retained after account deletion. BeyondScreen.ai does not keep any personal information, chat history, or account data after you delete your account. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Important Notes
- Irreversible Action: Account deletion cannot be undone. You will lose all chat history, contacts, and settings.
- Immediate Effect: Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
- No Recovery: We cannot recover your account or data after deletion.
- Group Chats: You will be removed from any group chats, but other participants' messages will remain in those chats.
